where have you been? i’ve? been waiting for new vids for a long time.
i’ve did yoga for 3 years and now that i’ve stoped i fell really outtta balance :/

The breath? of fire made me go light headed haha, it’s sort of like forcing a hyperventilation? It did make me feel freshers after though. I love the flowery bush behind you too by the way

You were an? excellent instructor. Doing videos like this is an awesome idea I would like it if you taught us about the yogi lifestyle. I Liked how you told us what the shakras are. You said you keep your eyes closed and focus on your third eye? Tips like squeezing our lower parts together to push the energy up..that sort of thing. Your mom will be proud
What are your thoughts on essential oils? One I find so useful is called Valor (a blend).? It’s amazing. Love you, and your vids.

@McShieldBash try it! just remember, during stretch pose do one leg at a time unless? you have a really strong core, otherwise you can strain your lower back. good luck you radiant being of light and love!!!
